Statement by the Monetary Policy Board: Monetary Policy Decision | Media Releases At its meeting today, the Board decided to the Board decided to leave the cash rate unchanged at 3.60 per cent.

The Perth property market shows no sign of a turn around with only 2,941 properties listed for sale.

This is down a massive 917 listings on the same week last year.

Great news if you are a seller, but if your trying to buy at the same time it's a nightmare out there!
