From PT sessions with Clair, to jumping into PWR classes - Kate has shown what consistency really looks like.👍🏻

She’s trained through injuries, kept showing up and still managed to tick off huge goals, including a half marathon. 🙌🏻

Testing week said it all:
PB’d her 3RM squat + deadlift, and came in with the 2nd best female cardio result.

Proof that showing up and putting in the work pays off 👏🏻
