The last few months I have been working on foundation and structure, navigating change, which this year has brought me.

Being present, and spending time with the people who are most important to me.

Using discernment through the noise and knowing the truth at the crux of it all.

Further developing as a person, with one main goal in mind.

Being fully aware and knowing transition is ahead of me once more as I prepare for the KunYin Instructors Immersion, Byron Bay 2025.

It can be described as a foundational connection that shapes one's identity, self-worth, and emotional well-being.

This relationship can be nurturing, supportive, and deeply emotional; however, may also be complex and challenging.

Therefore, you’re invited to join us in circle on Saturday, 1 February 2025 from 5:30pm to 7:30pm.

In this circle, we’re focusing on self-worth. Self-worth is the internal sense of being good enough and deserving of love and respect. It’s a core part of our identity, affecting how we perceive ourselves and interact with the world around us.

Our relationships with our mothers can have a significant impact on how self-worth is developed, but it can also be shaped by many other contributing factors.

Today I advertised my services and received a communication about why I should help people who are drug and alcohol addicts?

In my experience, drug and alcohol usage is a learnt behaviour or a consequence of severe childhood trauma.

At the end of the day, these people are human, just like you and me.

They have a Dad, they have a Mum, they are a Son, they are a Daughter.

I have worked with drug and alcohol addicts, and they are some of the most sensitive souls I have ever known, they feel everything so deeply.

And sometimes, it is easier to numb the pain instead of facing it and healing this aspect of themselves.

Drug and alcohol addicts have taught me many virtues, such as empathy, compassion, forgiveness and unconditional love.

I am not excusing them for their behaviour, but rather I am able to see from a higher perspective why they became addicts in the first place.

This is one of the reasons I have chosen to be an intuitive energy healer, I am here to offer them support and assistance with their own personal healing journey.
