Celebration Day for Girls is a one-day workshop designed to support girls aged 9–14 as they begin their journey into womanhood. Held in a safe, creative space, this workshop is about more than just information- it’s about connection, confidence, and celebration.

Together, we explore:
✨ Understanding puberty and menstruation
✨ Strengthening the bond between mother and daughter
✨ Honouring the transition through ritual and art

Held at Bloom Yoga Studio, this day is one your daughter will carry with her for life.
