It's really starting to get cold now - and making sure you're immunised against influenza is the best defence against the flu.

That's why we've expanded free flu immunisations, so everyone has extra time to get protected.

You can pop down to your local participating GP, Aboriginal Medical Service or community pharmacy to get your flu immunisation for free until the end of July.

I recently represented Minister Beazley at Umbrella Multicultural Community Care’s National Volunteer Week celebration.
