Bliss Beyond Health
Modern medicine doesn't hold all the answers - increasing rates of chronic illness, for profit, rather than patient well-being. Bio-hacking at its best.

Jalen Brunson won an NBA Championship with the New York Knicks.
What I love most about his story isn’t the championship itself.
It’s what it represents.
On one side, you’ve got players blessed with once-in-a-generation physical gifts. The kind of talent that turns heads from the moment they step onto a court.
Then there’s Jalen Brunson.
Not the tallest. Not the fastest. Not the most athletic. Drafted in the second round. Overlooked by plenty of people who couldn’t see what he would become.
But he had something that can’t be measured on a scouting report.
Heart.
The kind of heart that refuses to quit.
The kind of perseverance that keeps showing up when nobody is watching. The willingness to work when it’s hard, stay disciplined when it’s boring, and keep believing when others don’t.
Year after year, he kept proving people wrong.
And now he’s standing on top of the basketball world.
That’s why I love underdog stories.
Because they remind us that talent is only part of the equation.
Talent might give someone a head start.
But heart, resilience, consistency, and an unwillingness to quit can take you places talent alone never will.
It’s the same thing we see every day in the gym.
The people who achieve the most aren’t always the strongest, fastest, or most naturally gifted when they begin.
They’re the ones who keep turning up.
The ones who train when motivation is low.
The ones who trust the process.
The ones who keep stacking small wins, day after day, week after week, year after year.
Because perseverance has a way of beating talent when talent stops working.
Keep showing up.
Keep believing.
Keep doing the work.
You never know how far relentless effort can take you. 💪
