We've scaled up! SipForm has moved into a new 1,320 square metre facility, nearly four times our previous size, to meet growing demand for faster, more efficient offsite construction. Our factory-built SIP systems can cut build times by up to 50 per cent, with less labour, waste and energy use, and more automation and new factories around the country are on the way.

What a milestone for the SipForm team! We're proud to be featured on ABC News after being named one of the successful recipients of the WA Government's $49 million Housing Innovation Fund. Our Structural Insulated Panels (SIPs) are factory made and flat packed in our new factory in Malaga, cutting build times and costs by combining framing, cladding, lining and insulation in one.
