We are a small home bakery that provides authentic Asian cookies and cakes with a modern twist.
When making a traditional Thousand Layer Cake, the time doesn’t just go into mixing the batter… it’s the baking process itself that takes the longest. Every single layer is baked one at a time, making it a true labour of love.
From start to finish, it takes me a minimum of 9–10 hours, including cleaning up and packaging the cake… and that’s not even counting the time spent sourcing and buying the ingredients. 😊

Using high-quality dark chocolate (54%–80% cocoa) is the absolute secret to dense, fudgy, and crackly brownies. Better chocolate guarantees a richer, more premium flavor and a smoother texture than standard cocoa powder or baking chips 😉
