/ INTRODUCING THE TEAM_400% GROWTH
 
With an increasing workload across a diverse range of projects over the last year we have grown exponentially with three new team members offering a complementary skill set. Meet Nick Rennick, virtuoso Architect imported from bonnie Scotland predominantly assisting with delivery of projects at Fremantle Prison, Sian Ferraz, historian genius descendant from Welsh gypsies taking research and heritage analysis to the next level, and Fathima Salim, graduate architect wizard from Kerala specialising in 3D visualisation.

/ RESIDENTIAL WORK As well as working primarily in conservation and adaptive re-use of heritage buildings, we also get involved in residential projects too. A fresh perspective when working with home owners to creatively explore ways to adapt and extend their family homes. We are really pleased with a couple of projects completed towards the end of last year in Floreat and Duncraig. Always a joy to see professional photographs of the final outcome and more importantly happy clients. #residentialdesign #timelessplacesbydesign

/ MEERILINGA_STATE HERITAGE GRANT WORKS
Conservation works completed towards the end of last year for this Federation Queen Anne style brick and tile residence in West Perth, originally built in 1897. To assist with financing of the works, advantage was taken of the Heritage Council’s Heritage Grants Program that offers matched funding assistance to projects that conserve or celebrate State Registered Heritage Places.

/ CHANEL_HOTEL WENTWORTH_RAINE SQUARE
Photos just in of the new store opened last year to a portion of the ground and first floors of the heritage listed Hotel Wentworth at the junction of Murray and William Street. A contemporary adaptation involving some sensitive façade works and internal alterations to form a new staircase that reconnects floors of this historic building. ._.studio led on heritage and planning services and assisted with overall delivery.
