Just a bit of Winter baking because I have an abundance of lemons that are too good not to make the most of 🍋

And since cutting out refined sugar this year, I need all the practice I can get creating my favourite recipes without the sugar 👌

There’s always something so therapeutic about picking roses in Winter 🌹
The bushes look a little worn, their leaves mostly shed - ready for pruning, their branches weathered by wind and storms.
And still… they bloom.

A gentle reminder that beauty can always exist around us, even in the harshest conditions 💗
