How many years have been lost to "potential"?

The Reality Check: ✨ Potential is a fantasy; effort is a FACT. ✨ If you have to "convince" someone to care about you, then they are not a partner or your person. ✨ Don't ignore what everyone else can see because you're addicted to the "what if."," "matured," or "realised what he had."

We saw it play out on MAFS this season with couples like Bec and Danny. It was painful to watch because the reality was written all over the screen: He just wasn't that into her. While she was busy building a future in her head, he was busy doing the bare minimum to stay in the room.

It’s time to stop romanticizing the "potential" and start respecting your own reality. You deserve someone who shows up with a loaf of bread, not just the crumbs. 🥂

We spend so much energy preparing for "the worst." We plan for the hurdles, the rejections, and the "no’s." But how much space are you leaving for the magic? 🪄

Anxiety and anticipation feel very similar in the body. This week, try leaning into the anticipation.

Instead of asking, "What if I fail?" ask: ✨ What if I’m exactly where I need to be? ✨ What if the outcome is better than I ever dreamed? ✨ What if everything is working in my favor?
