Chicken wrap! It's as simple as it sounds 🥑🥙

**Wrap on the bottom with Avocado smear
**Handful of salad (try making your own coleslaw or buy a premade one)
**Panfry chicken breast with salt and pepper (slice it up before you cook it to save time)
** Squeeze a small amount of Mayo on top and lunch is served.
A home made wrap like this one will be around 350 calories

It's not easy transitioning from a diet based on lots of takeaway, high sugar or high salt food to a more home cooked one. Especially if you often feel unmotivated to cook!
