Today, our Aroha team got together for lunch, and it was such a nice opportunity to slow down and spend time together 🍴💬

We enjoyed each other's company over delicious food, shared plenty of laughs and had some great conversations beyond our day-to-day work.

We also celebrated a very special milestone, Maz’s 5-year anniversary with Aroha Services! 🎉

Maz has been a key part of our Recruitment team, helping our clients find the best candidates for their sites and staff members over the years. Thank you for your dedication, positivity and the impact you make every day.

We had a great time attending the Care Sector Showcase hosted by South Metropolitan TAFE - Mandurah Campus ☺️

It was genuinely rewarding to connect with students, educators, industry professionals, and other organisations who are all passionate about supporting the future of the care sector.

We had some great conversations with students exploring career pathways in Aged Care, Disability Support, Community Services, Health, and Early Childhood Education and Care and it was inspiring to see so much enthusiasm for careers that truly make a difference in people’s lives.

As a staffing and recruitment agency working closely within these sectors, opportunities like this are incredibly valuable. Not only do they help students better understand the industry, but they also bring organisations together to share knowledge, experiences, and support for the next generation entering the workforce.

The care sector is built on people, connection, and community. When education providers, employers, and industry professionals work together, we create stronger pathways and better opportunities for future workers to grow, succeed, and feel supported from the very beginning of their journey.
