1 October is International Coffee Day - This day recognises the millions of people around the world, from farmers, roasters, coffee shop owners, baristas etc., who work hard to create and serve coffee in consumable form. Here's a huge thank you to all of those people, my life would not be the same without coffee!!

It's two weeks into the New Year and apparently today is when many of us give up on the resolutions we made just two weeks ago! Many of us are back at work and we get sucked right back into all the things we said we were going to change. Why not make 2023 the year you do. Monday is always a chance to start again, refocus, get back on track. If you are one of those people ditching your new year's resolutions today, maybe reconsider and keep just one. Imagine what it would feel like to achieve it. Write down your dream, make it vivid and put it somewhere that you will see it every day. Don't give up! You CAN do it, just focus on the next small step.
