We understand that there are different personalities out there and this is your home, your allowed to be particular... We will work with you on that... However, some people are clearly have a disagreeble position as their default. My staff felt that the client was aggressive and as the admin I could see that she would forever be disagreeable and combative. So we made this decision to leave. Before my staff left she documented the work she did.
*please note that the client has not nor will be charged*

We are open to feedback and aspire to make ever evolving improvements. You can be direct and let us know that something wasn't to your standard or it could be done different.. No problem... Let's do that... However if you have Karen like tendencies and are generally the kind of person that projects your life problems onto others, then seek help elsewhere. We are just a cleaner who want to help you.
