We always have fun on filming day! Today we started a new filming series for Edith Cowan University for their Masters of Counselling students. We're finishing off the year in typical style; lots of laughs (and a little learning)!

I don't believe we're up to week 5 in our snapshot learning already! Check out this week's video which looks at coping strategies. We all have coping strategies - things we do when we are feeling stressed or overwhelmed to help us return to feeling calm. However, sometimes these coping strategies can become dysfunctional without us realising.
