My small group sessions are dedicated to exploring the power of breath in enhancing your mind-body-soul connection.

Join me at my studio in Warwick for an immersive experience where you will discover and explore the power of our breath for somatic healing, unwinding of the nervous system and releasing stored tension and trauma.

Breathwork allows us to access different states of consciousness to deeply heal and release things stuck in the mind, body and nervous system.
