Introducing our 23rd book published since we began doing this. The writer is Geoff Coad, who brought the project to us beginning in 2023. It is a huge project of 337 pages, including end notes, index and bibliography. It tells the story of Dom Fulgentius Torres, the second abbot of New Norcia, following Salvado's death in 1900. It is Torres who expanded the mission to include two secondary colleges and another mission further afield. New Norcia is a Benedictine mission near Perth and has long held fascination for many people. Patrick and I are very proud of this one, just as we are proud of all our books.
