Our Story

Delta Roofing have been providing quality roofing services in the Perth metropolitan area and Western Australia State Wide since 2013.

This Perth roofing company is owned and operated by New Zealand born Tim Black. Tim started his career on the southern coast of NZ in Dunedin, where he spent 6 years in the building & roofing industry. Once arriving in Perth 2008, Tim worked as a project manager at Rio Tinto’s Cape Lambert in the Pilbara of Western Australia. There the construction of doubling the existing mine site accommodation from 800 rooms to 1600 rooms including amenities and infrastructure was required. The duration of this project was 26 months and up to 400 tradesmen on site at one given time.

After the completion of Cape Lambert, Tim moved to London UK for one years working as project manager for a well-established construction company. Upon arrival back to Perth in early 2010, Tim worked as construction manager for one of Western Australia’s biggest roofing companies. He oversaw new commercial, residential and industrial projects and re-roofing commercial and industrial projects from quotation of project, construction program, site meetings, labour requirements to hand over of completed construction project.

​Delta Roofing has an office and service centre near Fremantle, Western Australia and in 2019 opened a roofing business office/service based in the eastern suburbs to cater for growing roofing demand east of Perth.
