Ocean Window Cleaning - Perth window cleaner

Just a quick post (tip) guys not to stick foil (alfoil) to your glass. I've seen it a number of times over the years that I've done this and recently again on a customers window. Some people apply it to the glass to block out light for their baby or toddler to sleep, as tempting as it maybe, unfortunately it ruins the glass as the heat just bakes the foil flush into the window. Please see attached.

Also, something else I see quite a bit. I recently cleaned the glass of another property going to market. The property previously had their external glass cleaned within the last 12 months, but the internals hadn't been cleaned for a good while. Mould and general build up forms on the internals, especially bedrooms. A good idea, especially when winter comes is opening a bedroom window in the morning to reduce condensation and help prevent mould. All these drips in the photos would normally be collected as I squeegee, but did this as an example.

A thank you and goodbye to one of my long term customers Paula and Shaun today, they fly back to England on Tuesday to live, due to family, grandchildren etc. Paula had Paula's Little Possums Family Daycare and has been a fantastic & loyal customer. They got me a nice present as thank you.

Sad to see another happy customer returning back to the UK at the end of the year, but for the right reasons to do with health & family. Paula has been here for 16 years and I've worked at her property for a number of years now and built up a friendship with her and Shaun. Sadly, I've just done the windows again yesterday ready for real estate photos.

Always nice to receive messages like this after completing a job which is now ready to go on the market.

Meet June,

June has just turned 90 and is amongst one of my oldest and dearest customers. To add to the window clean today, my wife and daughter made some cupcakes and got flowers which she was so happy with. I always have a cuppa and a chat with June, even if time is tight.
