I’m back from April holidays, offering bodywork again for Term 2.
I can't wait to get back into it! Bodywork is my happiest of happy spaces...

After taking a Heartworks LomiLomi class late last year, I’ve fallen even more in love with LomiLomi / Kahuna fusion massage, this is one massage I hope to be doing a LOT more of this year...
The sessions have evolved into a slower, deeper 90-minute treatment. I’m still including the underbody work, but everything now flows and connects in a way that has taken it up bunch of levels....

I need some bodies with dysregulated or stressed out nervous systems for term 4! Sessions $50 while I complete my certification.

'Great sleep, less anxiety, feeling calm, getting more things done, better energy, body feels good...' is the feedback I've been consistently getting from NST; Neuro-Structural Integration.

This term I'll be completing my certification for NST Level One, so I need some people who are keen to commit to a MINIMUM of 4 sessions for term 4, (max 9 sessions) at $50 / session.

I'm keen to work with anyone who has a dysregulated nervous system - this may look like anxiety, reactivity, hypervigilance, fibromyalgia, trouble sleeping, anxiety, overwhelm, shut-down, difficulty focusing, chronic fatigue symptoms, or similar.
