Needing some stretch and strength fAITHdANCE? Come along for our two blocks of mat pilates with Dani!
When: 6:30-7:30pm, Thursday nights (note the change of day)
Block 1: 31st Oct & 7th Nov
Block 2: 21st & 28th Nov
Where: Mount Pleasant Baptist Church Hall
What to bring: Your own mat if you've got one, wear comfy clothes you can move in
Cost: by donation (recommended $10)
