We are looking for an experienced and motivated Restaurant Manager to lead our team and uphold our reputation for excellence.

The Role
As Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of Acqua e Sale, ensuring the smooth running of service, maintaining high standards of customer experience, and supporting a positive and efficient team environment.

Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily restaurant operations, including opening and closing procedures
Lead, motivate, and train front-of-house staff to deliver outstanding service
Manage staff rosters and labour costs in line with business needs
Ensure the restaurant meets all health, safety, and hygiene standards
Work closely with the kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth coordination of service
Handle customer feedback with professionalism and care
Monitor stock levels and coordinate ordering with suppliers
Assist with budgeting, cost control, and performance reporting
Support marketing initiatives and contribute to the ongoing growth of the restaurant

About You
We’re looking for someone who is hands-on, organised, and passionate about hospitality.
You will have:
Previous experience as a Restaurant Manager or Assistant Manager (Italian restaurant experience highly regarded)
Strong leadership and communication skills
A proven track record in delivering excellent customer service
Solid understanding of restaurant operations, cost control, and compliance
Availability to work evenings and weekends as required
RSA certification

Acqua e sale
Acqua e Sale Sardinian restaurant in the heart of North Perth is looking for chef to run and look after starter section. Full time or part time position available. Work environment is fun but also busy and fast paced.
Acqua e Sale restaurant recently won some major awards within restaurant and catering industry. With the major acknowledgements of best Italian restaurant in Australia, and best casual dining in WA. We tend to keep these standard up and therefore, it is essential that the candidate has previous experience in a commercial kitchen possibly with experience in Italian cuisine. We are looking for someone with:

* ability to run their own section post training;
* good working ethics and attitude;
* good adaptability skills;
* ability to learn fast and work under command;
* ability to work under pressure and in a fast paced environment;
* MINIMUM of 3 years of experience in a commercial kitchen (restaurant);

Additional scores for the candidate include:

* Knowledge of Italian cuisine;
* Italian nationality, or Sardinian heritage;
* Ability to speak Italian and knowing Italian
