All Altivate lifts have two primary safety mechanisms:

If the lift overspeeds in either direction, the electrical system disables the system first, followed by the mechanical system.

If an emergency occurs, there is an alarm siren that can be activated from inside the cabin, as well as a two-way, hands-free telephone that allows passengers to communicate with our 24-hour customer care center.

To avoid trip hazards, our installation team laser levels the lift car and landings. We also provide a flood of modern lighting to secure entry and exit, lowering the risk of unwanted behavior. At the end of each installation, we conduct a thorough handover to all stakeholders to ensure proper system operation.
