Today we worked on helping Katie feel safe and confident using playground steps. Instead of rushing, I used food to guide her and create a positive association with each step.
When we slow things down and make learning feel safe, we build trust and confidence that lasts a lifetime.

Congratulations to Zoe and her dog Bella on completing the Calm Canine Blueprint! 🎉
At the start of the program, Bella was extremely scared and anxious in new places and would bark at dogs and people out of fear. Over time, we focused on building her confidence, helping her feel safer and more supported in different environments.
Now, Bella is able to handle new environments much more calmly and looks to her mum for support when she sees dogs or people. Zoe has done an amazing job learning how to support and guide Bella through those moments, and the progress they’ve made together has been incredible to watch. 💖🐾
