Great to see this project nearing completion. Developed: Planning | Spatial | Delivery was pleased to secure DA approval for our client’s project in Exmouth.

Following this we obtained the subdivision approval in parallel, which is now progressing to final pe***ng by our spatial department.  A great example of the planning and spatial team working in parallel. We look forward to seeing this much needed housing be completed in Exmouth.

Developed: Planning | Spatial | Delivery was pleased to secure DA approval for our client’s project in Exmouth. Well done to Ciara Clarke and Daniel Paton for leading this approval.

Developed worked closely with the Shire of Exmouth, choosing to have this determined through the Shire without the use of a DAP Pathway. This further reflects the strong importance of good pre-lodgement and a great design by Plus Architecture.
