Love and Devotion for people and yoga.

Thank you to everyone who annoyed me this year, for pointing me back to myself for me to see where it was coming from.
Thank you to the people doing their own thing, and for the moments l seemed to get hung up about it, I wouldn’t have known what I was all roughed up about.
There’s real power in feeling those feelings!
For the people who needed to cut me off and for the ones I had to cut off.
it’s just the way it goes here, there’s no love ever lost.
For the patterns that resurfaced for me to meet with more compassion.
To the people I judged without really knowing, then got to know and ended up loving!
2025 taught me anything truly honest and substantial takes time to grow!
so be patience with your own evolving.
Look after your own mental health, trust your own intuition, but don’t forget to look into yourself and your own par-take in it all.
Love love love

Appreciate post for you
4 years with you, it’s felt like much more for how deep we have gone with each other. You are fiercely loyal, a devoted partner, and a genuine good man. You never wavered, always consistent with your love, kindness, and forgiveness. You’ve taught me so much about what it means to just be a good person. You have no agenda, you don’t care to impress.
You effortlessly move through this life with so much love and grace. I’ve always said you are a natural at wu wei, with no effort just one with life. But you refuse to be labeled. You’re not trying to be spiritual, it’s refreshing being with someone not trying to be anything just kindly letting life come, with such a loving heart and presence.
I love you more each day.

INTRODUCING SPECIAL GUEST TEACHER 🪷
Satchidananda (Kaanchan Adhikary), who we are so blessed to have be a part of our March 2026 Heart of Nepal Cultural Tour & Retreat. 🇳🇵
When I met Satchidananda two years ago in Pokhara, I had a simple thought in my mind “If I were going to host a retreat in Nepal, I would want him to be a part of it.” I don’t take hosting a retreat lightly there has been so much intention put into creating this offering, and I truly couldn’t be happier to have a dear friend and sincere teacher joining us.
Satchidananda encountered the yogic path in 1998. By 2006, he had landed in his guru’s ashram in Bihar, India. Since then, he has been studying, living, and teaching in Satyananda Yoga centers, academies, and ashrams around the world.
He completed the 4-month residential Yogic Studies course and the 3-year Sannyasa training in Ganga Darshan Ashram (Munger, India), as well as the 3-year Teacher Training Diploma in Australia. Satchidananda draws from a variety of modalities to present yoga in a modern and relevant manner. He has been involved in numerous ashram-initiated technology projects focused on widening accessibility to yogic resources in the digital realm, and supports various non-profit organisations worldwide.
He is the real deal and extremely humble about it. ♥️🪷
