🤖🧘 Another Inspiring Sunday at ABC!

Our Sunday began with Guided Meditation, followed by our 12th Free Robotics Workshop for children aged 10–15.

Over the past 12 months, we've witnessed something truly rewarding. Children who joined as students have developed valuable STEM knowledge and skills and are now volunteering to mentor and assist new participants in assembling and programming robots. Seeing the next generation inspire and support each other is what community is all about.

A heartfelt thank you to our dedicated instructors Nilesh Ganvir, Ashish Chaure, and Prakash Indorekar for their commitment over the past year. Special thanks to our young volunteers Kavir Chaure and Sharwin Indorekar for assisting new students during today's workshop.

We are sincerely grateful to the City of Gosnells for its generous support and to all the parents for encouraging their children to explore STEM, build confidence, and develop skills for the future.

Together, we're inspiring the next generation of innovators—one robot at a time! 🚀🤖

🧘 Nurturing Mental Health Through Meditation

Mental health is becoming an increasing concern across all age groups. One of the most effective ways to calm the mind, reduce stress, and improve overall wellbeing is through regular meditation.

As part of its commitment to selfless community service, the Ambedkarite Buddhist Community (ABC) conducted another free Guided Meditation session on Sunday, 28 June.

Our efforts felt truly rewarded when we were delighted to welcome a 10-year-old girl who joined us to practise meditation. Seeing young people embrace mindfulness gives us hope for a healthier and more peaceful future. We sincerely thank her parents for encouraging her to participate and supporting her mental wellbeing from an early age.

We warmly invite people from all multicultural communities, parents, families, and community members to take advantage of this free initiative.
