Having posted fresh from the oven brownies yesterday here is the “cake guts” of these delicious morsels. Filled with Callebaut melted chocolate and then topped off with Callebaut chocolate pieces or and berries.

Can’t beat these with a lively cup of tea or coffee in my case.

You can’t beat home made brownies. Why would you only cook one batch when you can make more. This one is a berry brownie. The other waiting to be devoured is a standard brownie.

I haven’t even adorned it to make it look pretty as I don’t think it will last long enough. Winter is here so that calls for comfort food.

So I am running late on a few collabs - some more than others. I missed world otter day and world penguin day so I have combined both of these with the hand painted earth collab. Painting on fondant is a new skill and I have started out simple with line drawings. I am by far an artist with the skills of others🥰. Thank you to all the hosts.

On another note I do have a penguin I wish to paint so he may just show up at some stage in the future.
