I did a whirlwind visit to Port Lincoln today. Nick the owner of F45 Port Lincoln flew me out there to service his Studio. While I was there gave him a master class on why and how to service his equipment. He did a great job of replacing the shock Cord on his Rower. Not an easy task the first time, but he was a quick study. A few more Studios to do in Adelaide, then off back to Melbourne to continue my service tour.
