What can one achieve in four decades? For Ron Judge, it represents a remarkable career dedicated to crafting quality gaskets at KLINGER.

Since joining us in 1984, Ron has been an integral part of our production team, seeing first-hand the shift from manual assembly to today's cutting-edge automated production lines. These technological leaps have enabled us to produce gaskets that are not only more precise but also more sustainable, effectively meeting the diverse and changing needs of the industry while minimising our environmental impact. Throughout the last 40 years, his dedication has been vital in upholding our standard of excellence as our industry and technologies have progressed.

At KLINGER Australia, we are privileged to work alongside generations of individuals who exhibit incredible loyalty and commitment. On this ANZAC Day, we honour not only the historical significance of this day but also the great mateship among us: through thick and thin, we stick by each other, and never let a mate down.
