Stress Down day is designed to reduce stress, promote happiness and encourage help-seeking for those facing challenges.

The International Day of Peace (“Peace Day”) is observed around the world each year on September 21st!

This year, join us in celebrating International Peace Day by promoting peace and being a beacon of light to everyone around you. We sincerely hope you'll join us in sharing this message of peace with everyone you know. 🕊️

Here are 5 ways you can promote peace:
👉 Treat others the way you wish to be treated;
👉 Be open to different opinions;
👉 Be the change you wish to see in the world;
👉 Seek forgiveness, not revenge; and
👉 Regularly reflect on your thoughts.

This week, from September 19th to September 25th, is International Week of Deaf People; an event that is celebrated by the global Deaf community to commemorate the first World Congress of the Week of Deaf people.👂

This week, it is essential for us to raise awareness of the rights of the Deaf community and to inspire cooperation among them and their allies. At FFG, we believe it is critical to encourage inclusivity and educate people about various different communities. 🦻❤️
