We bet the first time you heard the name REMA TIP TOP, you thought... "like the bread?". Here's a little Rema Tip Top history to clear that up 👇

REMA TIP TOP began with brothers Otto and W***y Gruber, initially trading screws and small metal parts under the name Otto Gruber & Co. Before long, they expanded into REpair MAterials (REMA) – setting the foundation for something much bigger.

So, where did the name come from? During a product trial, W***y exclaimed, “This is tip-top!” And just like that, the name was born. A simple moment that would go on to represent a globally recognised brand.

Through continuous growth, innovation, and expansion across national and international markets, Rema Tip Top has strengthened its sales, service, and product offering, always maintaining strong focus on delivering the best possible performance for our customers.
