ASM digital slip meter is what we use to determine how well our product GRIPGUARD has worked on a floor tile test area.
In this particular test we have tested two different colour tiles, and this is because on darker tiles our product will sometimes lighten it. This can be because of the pigment, but it can also be because the tile is dirty and its now clean.
The results on this tile were 0.8 before treatment and 1.26 post treatment. This is equivalent to high P3, or a low P4. Our slip meter is an indication only and we always recommend an ‘independent’ pendulum test for exact results - when needing to meet a standard)
Doing a test area for our clients gives them the option to try the good ole ‘foot test’ for themselves before committing to the project.
