Have you tried Acupuncture?
Acupuncture is over 2,000 years old, although there is evidence that it is much older, with sharpened stones and bones possibly used for treatment around 6000 BCE.
Luckily we don't use those anymore! We use sterile, fine needles that are inserted gently into specific locations along the body's meridians, known as acupuncture points. These are used to treat, relieve or heal a variety of conditions.
Acupuncture helps restore the normal flow of qi, which stimulates the body's natural healing processes and brings the body back into balance. Chinese medicine practitioners also use other tools such as Cupping, Guasha, Moxibustion, Electro-Acupuncture, Chinese Herbs or TuiNa to help restore the normal flow of qi in the body.
If you āhateā needles, not a problem. We can also do Laser Acupuncture (using Low Level Laser Therapy) instead.
There is so much evidence (see link) to support the use of Acupuncture for various conditions including pain management, stress reduction, womenās or menās health; as well as many others.
