Rewilding Suburbia

Spent the morning volunteering with at the National Volunteer Week Habitat Restoration & BioBlitz at Bibra Lake.

We spent the day tackling invasive weeds ahead of winter planting season, recording biodiversity through iNaturalist and helping care for one of Perth’s incredible wetland ecosystems.

Conservation is not just happening in remote national parks. It is happening in local bushland reserves because ordinary people keep showing up 💪
