Meet Karim Decima, our Head Roaster.

Karim’s been in the coffee world for over 20 years, with experience running his own café, leading barista training coast to coast, and mastering every step from bean to brew. He’s all about quality, consistency, and doing what he loves — just like the rest of us at Little Owl.

When he’s not perfecting our roasts or nerding out over coffee, you’ll find him down south chasing waves or out on the footy field having a kick with friends. He’s a true coffee lover with a big heart, alot of charm and even bigger energy for life.
