This 3 storey apartment complex was designed by DBB, we managed to fit 6 apartments on a lot of approx 450msq.
Apartments can be challenging not just from a deign perspective but also in trying to meet all the council requirements including things like fire regs, accoustic requirements, hydraulic requirements to name just a few.
