Today our clever learners put their detective skills to work as they followed colour keys and investigated arrows pointing up, down, left, and right. Armed with crayons and plenty of concentration, the children carefully matched colours to directions while exploring important early literacy and visual processing skills.

We were incredibly impressed by how confidently many children identified directions, checked their keys, and solved problems independently. Most importantly, they practised persistence, built confidence, and discovered that having a go is just as important as getting it right.

Today the children explored early literacy by building simple three letter words using letter cups. As they matched letters, sounded out words, and traced letter shapes with their fingers, they were developing letter recognition, phonological awareness, problem solving skills, and confidence.
