Leadership Tip: "Seek to understand"

No one can ever be 'wrong' if the premise is purely based on 'perceptions'.

* Take responsibility for your own perception;
* Seek to know more about theirs;
* Theirs doesn't need to conform to yours;

No-one's 'world view glasses' are exactly the same as yours.

Therefore, no one is wrong - so you don't have to justify nor defend and neither do they.

Just seek to understand.

Yup - too much thinking = 'Analysis Paralysis':
***The need to get it 'Right'...rather than 'near enough is good enough'...
***Procrastination...for fear of making a right mess of it...OR
***Fear of actually 'having it' - (heck!)

Then what happens?

Your whole life changes because you 'got on' with it.

So, let me see if I get this right - you overthink and call it more:
- Research;
- Planning;
- Preparation;

Not because it's wise, but so you don't have to deal with the major changes that could potentially happen in world when you do get on with it...hmmm

I agree - it's pretty 'undie tightening' stuff.

It's easy to be influenced towards the agenda of others but when you accept your own mission/purpose/vibe, then alignment and leading becomes effortless as it is less congested and not as noisy.
