Interchange WA

We’d like to introduce Tristran, the Clinical Training Coordinator at Interchange WA.

You might have seen him before, because he’s recently been commended by his community and the Premier of Western Australia, Roger Cook, for 20 years of service at the State Emergency Services.

Not only is he a hero who has played a critical role in saving lives and finding missing persons, he’s also a vital part of Interchange WA’s training process.

Tristran oversees the induction process for Support Workers, and facilitates training sessions for vital support skills such as PEG feeding and manual handling. He is part of the reason that our Support Workers are able to provide high-quality support to customers with a wide range of support needs.

We’re proud to call Tristran an Interchanger, so please join us in thanking him for his hard work.

Our SES volunteers do an incredible job for our community - day in, day out.

Whether they’re preparing for cyclones, rescuing people from floodwaters, or searching deep bushland for a missing person, SES volunteers are always ready to step up and help.

Their commitment to helping others is truly inspiring - like Tristran, who has dedicated 20 years to serving the Bassendean, Rockingham and Kwinana communities.

On Wear Orange Wednesday, on behalf of all Western Australians, I'd like to thank every SES volunteer across our State.
