Every Monday evening, Gentle Flow Yoga classes are held at St Aidans Community Centre, Mary Street, Byford, from 6:00 to 7:15 PM. Private sessions are also available for individual students and small groups. These classes provide a comprehensive introduction to the fundamental principles of Yoga, highlighting its benefits for pain and stiffness relief, improved strength and flexibility, and anxiety and insomnia management. With over a decade of teaching experience and registration as a Yoga Teacher (ERYT) with Yoga Alliance, Jillian provides expert guidance to participants. Our classes cater to individuals of all levels, inviting them to share in the transformative practice of Yoga. The next term commences on Monday, 13th October and concludes on 15th December.
