The Fair Work Commission has confirmed a 4.75% increase to the National Minimum Wage and Modern Award minimum wage rates, effective from the first pay period commencing on or after 1 July 2026.

For employers, this is a good time to review pay rates, Award classifications, and any annualised wage or flat rate arrangements to ensure they remain compliant.
