SCALES Community Legal Centre is looking for a Principal Solicitor who wants to lead a supportive, values-driven legal practice and make a genuine difference in the Rockingham community.

You’ll guide a small, dedicated team, support safe and ethical practice, and help shape legal services that respond to real community need, including work supporting people impacted by family violence.

✨ Support and mentor lawyers, students and volunteers
✨ Strengthen practice quality, compliance and wellbeing

✨ Manage a small complex or public interest caseload
