We are seeking a full time scheduler/customer service officer.
The role:
-Plan/dispatch daily schedule of jobs
-Answering Incoming enquires via phone/online.
-Liaise with technicians
-Database Entry
-Meet set targets
Skills needed
-Basic computer skills
-excellent phone manner
-Forward Thinker
-Ability to multitask
-Love labs (Sarge is also fulltime ;p He is very chilled and loves to hang out with everyone)
