I’ve just come to a job text on arrival
As no reply from the gate
Rang to be told she tried calling and texting to cancel
However I got none of those - no missed calls nothing and canceling because her cleaners are going to do it
Needless to say not very happy if I had an appointment I would never just assume they’ve got my supposed messages until I got a reply !!!

Please realise I run a business and not just a side line
I did also at the time of booking explain the cancellation policy just rude and disrespectful to me
