One thing I think more businesses should focus on:

making it easier for customers to buy.

Not harder.

Clear websites. Clear communication. Simple checkout processes. Helpful follow-up. Good customer experience.

Sometimes small improvements in the backend create bigger results than constantly trying to “go viral.”

I think one of the biggest mindset shifts for business owners is realising that not every customer buys immediately.

Some people need: • reassurance • reminders • education • time • familiarity

A lot of people online talk about scaling fast.

But I think sustainable growth deserves more attention.
