This adorable kiwi lesson features two national symbols of New Zealand, the kiwi bird and silver fern.
We enjoyed the process of creating scraped feather texture on their painted kiwi and then had the opportunity to use a paintbrush and line to create the fern background.
Simple and cute are the words for this cute kiwi lesson!

A quick linework exercise for the early finishers!

In this project, we explored commonly used shapes in Islamic architecture. We then created
own vibrant Middle Eastern cityscapes using chalk pastels. Each cityscape then finished off with a starry night sky.
Don’t you just love the vibrant colours?!
