A little while ago I helped this lovely client realise her dreams of opening up her patio - allowing the sunshine and breeze to flow through. We also updated the side panelling to add a small amount of soundproofing (with some exterior sound insulation) and create a more streamlined, modern look.

A project over the weekend required an extra set of hands, so the junior apprentice volunteered his help.

Sheep Pen Project!
There was a woolly big storm a while back that made a baaad mess of this clients yard, so I was tasked to tidy up the debris and turn it into a small sheep pen. By shear luck we had just enough pallets to make one with little to no material costs. If ewe need help cleaning up a yard and making it sheep-shape, then give me a call! ~ Brad πŸ‘

It has been a very busy month, and I have lots to share. One of the earlier projects I worked on was covering a custom pergola with mesh and shade-cloth. This client now has a fantastic start to their planned courtyard and a great place for a morning cuppa. The kangaroos will probably enjoy the shade too!

I have been baby-proofing the house in a mad dash to keep up with our 7 month old baby (soon to be toddler) who is already crawling and exploring 𝘦𝘷𝘦𝘳𝘺𝘡𝘩π˜ͺ𝘯𝘨!
High shelving to protect the wife's precious indoor plant collection and put various knick-knacks out of reach.
I bolted a DIY attachment to our change table for hanging a nappy bin, wipes, creams, and cloths onto.
The A-frame pot plant stand (previously a clothes organiser), needed a way of being attached to the wall for safety reasons - so I came up with a way of screwing it into the skirting boards since it couldn't be secured at the top.
And lastly - the baby gate was either too narrow or too wide for the archway, so I used an angle-grinder to cut it down to fit the opening perfectly. The dog is a little bit perplexed at this development, but she will learn to appreciate the ability to escape the grasp of growing little fingers!

"Bitsy" (the Bits & Bobs Mitsubishi) received her signage over the weekend! Absolutely stoked with how it looks. Thanks to Theo from MBE West Perth for putting it together.
Keep an eye out for Bitsy around town πŸ‘‹

Hi, I'm Brad. My family and I live in the City of Stirling and we're very excited to announce that I have started my own business as a Handyman. I have decades of experience doing a variety of home and garden improvements from installing skirting boards, to putting up pergolas, to installing CCTV cameras, to cleaning gutters - and much much more. If you're too busy for an odd job or just need a skilled hand for a home improvement project, I'd love to hear from you.
