21st May -

Lodge and pay monthly BAS for April 2026

Lodge and pay Fringe Benefits Tax (FBT) return

Super Guarantee Charge Statement for Q3 Jan-Mar (if employee contributions not received by funds on time)

25th May - Lodge and pay monthly BAS for April 2026 if lodging via a BAS or Tax Agent

28th May - Final date to pay FBT return if lodging electronically

Note: check your local State information for public holidays in May. Some states have a public holiday for ‘May Day’ on 4th May.
